Liverpool Shipwreck and Humane Society is a charity that recognises acts of heroism in respect of the saving or attempted saving of human life by members of the public and professional persons.
Liverpool Shipwreck and Humane Society is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations.

There are a number of forms on the website that you can either type into and send to the Society via the website or download, print and either post or scan and email to the Society.

Any information you provide electronically or by hard copy may be stored, either in electronic or other form, for use by us in the administration of the Society.

We may use personal information provided to us to promote the Society, only with your prior agreement.

List of award recipients
We will list award recipients in our Annual Report. We will seek permission to include them from either the recipient and/or the nominator prior to publication.

This notice will be updated should there be a change in our policies relating to privacy and storage of information.
